✔ **Unemployed graduates** with **NQF Level 5-10** qualifications, including:  

   - Higher Certificates  

   - National Diplomas  

   - Undergraduate & Postgraduate Degrees  

   *(Note: TVET graduates requiring WIL placement are NOT eligible.)*  

✔ **Age Requirement:** 18-45 years old *(Yes, even up to 45!)*  

✔ **Fields of Study:**  

   - All disciplines are welcome.  

   - Preference given to qualifications related to South Africa’s **list of scarce and critical skills** and **high-demand occupations (2024)**.  

✔ **Location:**  

   - Open to applicants **nationwide**.  

   - **First preference** will be given to candidates from **rural and peri-urban areas**.
