## **Position: Workshop & Costing Clerk**  

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Manage **appointment scheduling, job cards, and authorizations** to ensure seamless workshop operations.  

- Oversee **costing, cashier, and cash-up duties** accurately and efficiently.  

- Assist with **general administrative tasks**, ensuring all service records and documentation are up to date.  

- Handle **extended plan management** and ensure compliance with service agreements.  

- Work closely with the **service advisors and workshop team** to maintain smooth daily operations.  

### **Minimum Requirements:**  

✅ **Educational Qualification:** A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Additional training or certification in office administration is an advantage.  

✅ **Administrative Expertise:** Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in office management.  

✅ **Computer Proficiency:** Experience with **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and service management software.  

✅ **Bilingual Ability:** English and Afrikaans are essential, while Zulu will be an advantage.  

✅ **Work Ethic:** Ability to perform efficiently under pressure, handling multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.  

✅ **Team Player:** A proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to support the service department.
