- **Product Knowledge & Customer Assistance:** Assist customers with product selection and provide expert recommendations based on their needs. Previous experience in a similar sales role is necessary.

- **Stay Informed:** Keep up-to-date with the latest furniture and appliance trends to offer customers the best options.

- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups:** Generate new leads, follow up with potential clients, and build lasting relationships to foster customer loyalty.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed sales targets, using your skills to upsell products and maximize revenue.

- **Transaction Processing:** Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

- **Customer Support:** Handle customer enquiries, provide excellent after-sales service, and resolve any concerns promptly.

- **Regional Familiarity:** You must have a strong understanding of the Kwazulu-Natal and Eastern Cape regions to cater to local customer needs effectively.
