## **Job Responsibilities**  

As a **Point Dispatcher**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transport operations by:  

✔ **Analyzing shift schedules** to ensure efficient bus deployment.  

✔ **Conducting bus census and asset control** for optimal fleet management.  

✔ **Dispatching buses** on scheduled shifts and private hires on time.  

✔ **Communicating effectively** with seniors, subordinates, and drivers via **two-way radio systems**.  

✔ **Maintaining operational reports and registers** for accurate record-keeping.  

✔ **Allocating duty cycles** for private hires.  

✔ **Monitoring and reporting breakdowns, loading capacities, and uncovered trips** to ensure service continuity.  

✔ **Interacting with passengers** and addressing transport-related queries.  

## **Job Requirements**  

✅ **Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification**.  

✅ **Experience with radio transmission communication systems**.  

✅ **Valid Driver’s License and Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)**.
