## **Key Responsibilities**  


As an **Administrator with Bookkeeping & HR Experience**, you will be responsible for:  


### **1. Bookkeeping & Financial Management**  

- Managing **full bookkeeping functions**, including **invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting**.  

- Handling **costing and budget management** to ensure financial efficiency.  

- Ensuring **accurate record-keeping** and compliance with financial regulations.  


### **2. Human Resources Administration**  

- Managing **payroll processing**, employee contracts, and HR compliance.  

- Overseeing **employee records, leave tracking, and benefits administration**.  

- Assisting in **recruitment, onboarding, and performance management**.  


### **3. Office Administration & Operational Support**  

- Handling **general office administration**, including document management.  

- Ensuring **smooth operations** by coordinating company policies and procedures.  

- Providing **administrative support** to senior management as needed.

## **What We’re Looking For**  


To be successful in this role, you should have:  


✅ **8+ years of experience** in a similar administrative role.  

✅ A **bookkeeping qualification** and proven financial administration experience.  

✅ Strong **HR knowledge**, including compliance, payroll, and contracts.  

✅ **Excellent organizational and communication skills**.  

✅ Proficiency in **accounting & HR software** (e.g., **Pastel, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office**).  

✅ The ability to **work independently** and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
