### **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **Technician – Access Control & CCTV**, you will be responsible for:  


✅ **Access Control Systems Installation & Maintenance:** Working with Bosch, Gallagher, Impro, Saflec, Schneider, Softcon, Tridium, and ZKTeco.  


✅ **CCTV Systems Installation & Maintenance:** Handling brands like Bosch, Hikvision, Honeywell (Analogue & IP), USEE, Milestone, CATHEXIS, and Dahua.  


✅ **Public Address Systems Installation & Maintenance:** Installing and maintaining TOA, Bosch, and Wild and Marr systems.  


✅ **Electric Fence Systems Installation & Maintenance:** Working with Gallagher, Nemtek, Merlin, Staffix, and Stinger.  


### **Required Skills & Competencies**  

To excel in this role, you should possess:  


✔ **Technical Expertise:** Certification in supplier-specific training programs for the mentioned systems.  

✔ **Blueprint Reading Skills:** Ability to interpret **construction drawings, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications**.  

✔ **Mathematical Proficiency:** Strong problem-solving capabilities.  

✔ **Time & Self-Management:** Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.  

✔ **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written abilities.  

✔ **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy in work.  

✔ **Ability to Work Under Pressure:** Meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.  

✔ **Independence & Initiative:** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  

✔ **Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle** (Essential).  


### **Education & Experience Requirements**  

🎓 **Matric or higher qualification** (Technical certifications are an advantage).  

📜 **Supplier Accreditation** (e.g., Bosch, Gallagher) preferred.  

🔧 **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** working with Access Control, CCTV, Public Address, and Electric Fence systems.
