## **Minimum Requirements**  

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:  

✅ **Experience** in tutoring Grade 4 subjects, including Afrikaans  

✅ **Senior Certificate/Grade 12** (with outstanding achievements)  

✅ **Valid Driver’s License**  

✅ **Preference given to female candidates**  

## **Skills and Competencies**  

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with the following skills:  

✔ Fluent in **English** and **multilingual** abilities  

✔ Strong ability to work with children  

✔ Excellent **attention to detail** (very crucial)  

✔ Ability to **work under pressure** and manage time effectively  

✔ **Computer literate** and comfortable with online learning tools  

✔ Strong **communication skills**  

✔ Previous **experience as a tutor**  

## **Key Responsibilities**  

📌 Provide **Grade 4 tutoring** across multiple subjects, including Afrikaans  

📌 Assist with **school drop-offs and pick-ups** when necessary  

📌 Carry out **additional duties** as required by management
