- Grade **10 or Equivalent** with **Mathematics and Science**

- **Flexibility** to work rotating shifts  

- **Must be able to work underground**  

- **South African Citizenship**  

- **Clear Criminal Record**  

- **Must be 18 years or older**

- Competency **A and B** certification  

- Previous **underground mining experience** in stoping and development  

- Experience in a **trackless mining environment**  

- Previous work experience as a **Lesami Leacan** in stoping and development
