### **Eligibility Criteria**  

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:  

✅ **Education:** Grade 10 or equivalent with Mathematics and Science  

✅ **Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

✅ **Flexibility:** Willingness to work rotating shifts  

✅ **Work Conditions:** Must be able to work underground  

✅ **Citizenship:** South African citizen  

✅ **Criminal Record:** Must have a clear criminal record  

✅ **Age Requirement:** Must be 18 years or older  

**Additional Advantages:**  

✔️ Competency "A" and "B"  

✔️ Experience in underground stoping and development  

✔️ Background in trackless mining  

✔️ Prior work experience as a Lesami in stoping and development
