## **Job Details**  

- **Job Title**: General Worker (x2)  

- **Location**: Olifants Rest Camp, Kruger National Park  

- **Paterson Grading**: A1  

- **Closing Date**: 18 February 2025  

- **Reporting To**: Camp Supervisor  

## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **General Worker at Kruger National Park**, your responsibilities will include:  

✔ **Cleaning duties**: Ensure units, ablution facilities, and surrounding areas are cleaned according to prescribed standards.  

✔ **Inventory control**: Assist in managing and maintaining stock of cleaning and maintenance supplies.  

✔ **Reporting faults**: Identify and report any maintenance issues or equipment faults.  

✔ **Supply collection**: Assist in collecting and transporting supplies when necessary.  

✔ **General camp duties**: Support daily operational tasks around the camp.  

✔ **Laundry assistance**: Help with washing and maintaining linens for the camp.  

## **Job Requirements**  

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:  

✅ **Minimum Education**: Grade 12 (Matric)  

✅ **Housekeeping & Hygiene Knowledge**: Must be familiar with cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.  

✅ **Health & Safety Awareness**: Understanding of workplace safety regulations.  

✅ **Communication Skills**: Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.  

✅ **Supervisory Skills**: Experience leading small teams will be an added advantage.  

✅ **Technical Knowledge**: Ability to handle tools and maintain them properly.
