## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **Front of House Waiter/Waitress**, your duties will include:  


### **Dining Area & Service Excellence**  

- Opening and preparing the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.  

- Setting up tables according to **White River Manor’s standards** with fresh flowers, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.  

- Checking and restocking the coffee machine for service.  

- Ensuring sauce bowls, water stations, and milk bar supplies are topped up.  

- Taking and serving guest orders promptly and professionally.  

- Clearing and cleaning tables efficiently after service.  


### **Customer Engagement & Satisfaction**  

- Greeting guests warmly and providing **exceptional customer service**.  

- Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.  

- Handling complaints with a **professional and problem-solving approach**.  

- Confirming client satisfaction during meals and offering assistance when needed.  


### **Operational Duties**  

- Ensuring all areas, including the **Lapa, chapel, pool, deck, and lower terrace**, are well-maintained.  

- Checking and maintaining lighting to create a pleasant ambiance.  

- Ensuring pool areas are cleared before sunset, with towels returned to housekeeping.  

- Managing **food and beverage inventory** and placing daily orders.  

- Locking up the main building securely after guests have retired to their rooms.
