## **Job Opportunity: Mobile Equipment Operator (H2) – Ulco Cement Operation**  

**Position:** Mobile Equipment Operator (H2) – Replacement  

**Location:** Ulco, Northern Cape  

**Department:** Process Department  

**Reporting to:** Production Team Leader  

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Operate **mobile equipment (ME)** to feed various raw materials (e.g., **gypsum and clinker**) into the production process as per instructions.  

- Contribute to **plant cleanliness**, stockpiling strategies, and recycling of materials.  

- Ensure efficient feeding of raw materials into the production system as instructed by the **supervisor and controller**.  

- Perform **routine inspections and maintenance** on mobile equipment to ensure **operational efficiency and safety**.  

- Follow company policies, procedures, and **risk management standards** for safe operation.  

- Participate in **cost-saving initiatives** and **production rate improvement programs**.  

## **Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:**  

- **Grade 12 / Amended Senior Certificate / National Certificate Vocational Level 4 / NQF Level 4 (Communication & Mathematics).**  

- **At least 1 year of production experience** in the cement or a similar industry.  

- **Front End Loader License** (advantageous).  

- **Valid Driver’s License** (mandatory).  

- Basic understanding of **operation maintenance, production strategies, and MAC systems**.  

- **Problem-solving skills** and ability to work efficiently in a high-production environment.  

- Knowledge of **health, safety, and environmental risk management** in an industrial setting.
