✔ 10+ years of **senior management experience** in a related sector

**Requirements:**  

✔ **Postgraduate Law Degree (LLB), Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa qualification (CIS), or a Postgraduate qualification in Commerce**  

✔ 5+ years’ experience in **corporate governance** at a managerial level  

✔ 3+ years’ experience in **Board Secretariat & Board Administration**  

✔ In-depth knowledge of **public sector legislation, Companies Act, King IV report, and statutory regulations**
