## **Key Responsibilities**  


### **1. Market Research, Analysis & Reporting**  

✔️ Analyze **brand performance**, **market share trends**, and **consumer insights**.  

✔️ Gather **industry and competitor intelligence** to guide marketing strategies.  

✔️ Provide actionable insights based on **shopper behavior and category trends**.  

✔️ Collect and interpret data from **marketing campaigns**, recommending improvements.  


### **2. Campaign Management**  

✔️ Support the development and execution of **below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives**.  

✔️ Oversee the design of **in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials** with the Marketing Manager.  

✔️ Collaborate with **internal teams and external agencies** for successful campaign delivery.  

✔️ Manage and track **in-store sampling plans** and promotional schedules.  

✔️ Provide **quantitative and qualitative feedback** on campaign performance.  

✔️ Conduct **post-campaign analysis** and recommend data-driven improvements.  


### **3. Digital Marketing**  

✔️ **Monitor and analyze** engagement across **social media and digital platforms**.  

✔️ Compile and review **digital performance reports**, providing actionable recommendations.  


### **4. General Marketing Support**  

✔️ Provide **administrative support** to the Marketing Manager.  

✔️ Engage with **agencies and stakeholders** to ensure brand consistency.  

✔️ Assist in **developing brand plans** aligned with the overall **marketing strategy**.  

✔️ Support **internal communications and brand visual management**.  

✔️ Maintain a **brand history repository** to track marketing evolution.

## **Qualifications & Experience**  


✅ **Minimum Requirements:**  

🎓 **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing or related field.  

📊 Education in **statistics, analytics, or data interpretation**.  

📈 Strong **reporting and analytical skills**.  

💻 Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and project management.  


✅ **Advantageous (Preferred):**  

🎓 **Postgraduate degree** in Marketing or a related field.  

📅 **1-2 years' experience** in an FMCG environment.  

📊 Strong skills in **Microsoft PowerPoint**.  

📱 Experience with **digital marketing tools and platforms**.
