### **1. CCTV & Security Monitoring**  

- Operate and monitor **CCTV cameras** across the premises.  

- **Identify suspicious activities** and report them immediately.  

- Maintain constant focus on **security threats** and **unusual behavior**.  

### **2. Switchboard & Communication**  

- Operate **switchboards** efficiently.  

- Communicate effectively with security personnel and relevant teams.  

- Respond to security incidents in a **calm and professional manner**.  

### **3. Reporting & Documentation**  

- Submit **detailed security reports** on any incidents or suspicious behavior.  

- Keep accurate **accessibility records** of movement on the premises.  

- Maintain confidentiality when handling **sensitive information**.  

### **4. Maintaining a Secure Environment**  

- Ensure all security equipment, including CCTV systems, is **functioning properly**.  

- Keep the **control room clean and organized**.  

- Support the security team in ensuring **smooth operations**.
