## **Key Responsibilities**  

As an **Operations Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring deliveries run smoothly, and managing a team of drivers. Your duties will include:  

✅ **Driver & Fleet Management**  

- Ensure drivers are on route and on time daily  

- Track all vehicles and monitor fuel costs  

- Transfer fines from Brima vehicles to driver names  

- Optimize fleet costs and performance  

✅ **Branch & Logistics Coordination**  

- Open and close the branch daily  

- Supervise and evaluate branch operations  

- Schedule deliveries and collections for efficiency  

- Act as a key contact for customer queries or concerns  

✅ **Staff Management & Performance**  

- Train, motivate, and develop team members  

- Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations  

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Operations Director  

## **Minimum Requirements**  

✔ **Education:** Matric & 4-5 years of relevant experience  

✔ **Qualification:** A relevant tertiary qualification  

✔ **Software Experience:** Must have used **Parcel Perfect**  

## **Key Skills & Competencies**  

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills  

- Excellent communication (written & verbal)  

- Leadership and team development abilities  

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  

- Good geographical knowledge  

- Fully computer literate
