As a Loan Consultant, you will be responsible for:  

✔ Assisting clients with general queries  

✔ Issuing and processing loans efficiently  

✔ Handling general administrative duties

## **Job Requirements & Qualifications**  

✅ **Education:**  

- National Senior Certificate (**Grade 12**)  

✅ **Experience:**  

- At least **2 years of experience** in a similar role  

✅ **Skills & Competencies:**  

- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** (must be English literate)  

- Excellent **customer service skills** with a passion for helping clients  

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)  

- High **accuracy and typing speed**  

- Target-driven and results-oriented  

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail  

- Willingness to work **extended hours and weekends**  

✅ **Other Requirements:**  

- Access to reliable **transport** (own or public)  

- Must reside near Alexandra or be **willing to relocate**  

- Clear **credit and criminal record**
