To qualify for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:  

- **Education**:  

  - Matric (Grade 12) is a must.

- **Skills**:  

  - Strong **customer service** abilities.  

  - Basic **computer literacy**.  

  - Knowledge of **stock management** and **administration**.  

  - Proficiency in **technical skills** relevant to the automotive sector.  

  - Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English.  

- **Commitment**:  

  - Willingness to commit to the programme for 12 months.  

  - Must not have participated in a YES Programme before.
