### **What We’re Looking For**  

We’re searching for a driven individual with the following qualifications and skills:  

#### **Minimum Requirements:**  

- Matric Certificate.  

- A+ and N+ certifications (essential).  

- Microsoft certification (advantageous).  

- Relevant IT certifications or diplomas (a plus).  

- 1–3 years of IT experience.  

#### **Technical Skills:**  

- Proficiency in **Active Directory** and **Group Policies**.  

- Basic understanding of **network protocols**, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.  

- Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues on **tablets** and **laptops**.  

- Expertise in **Microsoft Windows operating systems**.  

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop products such as **Office**, **Office 365**, **Outlook**, **SharePoint**, **OneDrive**, and **Teams**.  

- Experience with setting up and maintaining **tablets**, **laptops**, and **printers**.  

#### **Additional Skills:**  

- Good understanding of **systems and network security**.  

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.  

- Time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.  

- **Valid driver’s license**.  

### **What You’ll Do**  

As a Junior IT Technician, you’ll play a key role in:  

- Resolving IT-related issues efficiently.  

- Setting up and configuring IT equipment for our staff.  

- Ensuring optimal performance of our network and devices.  

- Collaborating with team members to support business operations.
