### **Key Duties & Responsibilities**  

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will:  

- Manage and guide a team of technicians to meet productivity goals.  

- Effectively distribute workflow for seamless operations.  

- Respond promptly to client queries and ensure excellent customer service.  

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their requests.  

- Report operational updates and issues to management.  

- Oversee and staff the helpdesk to provide timely support.
