### **Qualifications and Requirements**  

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:  

- **SAVC Registered Nurse or equivalent**: Must be certified to provide veterinary care.  

- **Proven experience in a supervisory role**: Demonstrated ability to manage clinic operations effectively.  

- **Strong leadership skills**: Ability to inspire, guide, and support your team.  

- **Team management expertise**: Proficiency in motivating and managing staff for optimal performance.  

- **Excellent communication skills**: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with team members and clients.  

- **Ability to interact effectively**: Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and the community.  

### **Key Responsibilities**  

As a Clinic Supervisor, you will:  

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations.  

- Ensure high-quality animal care and services.  

- Manage a team of veterinary staff and support personnel.  

- Maintain compliance with SAVC standards and regulations.  

- Provide leadership and training to staff.
