### **About the Position**  

As an Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing cleaning and trolley services across various locations in and around Cape Town. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, can effectively manage teams, and is willing to travel to ensure the highest service standards are maintained.

### **Key Requirements**  

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following:  

- **Location**: Reside in Cape Town Central.  

- **Trustworthy & Self-Manageable**: Be highly reliable and able to work independently.  

- **Smartphone**: Have a functional smartphone for communication and coordination.  

- **Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is essential, with proven **driving and towing experience.**  

- **Willingness to Travel**: Be ready to visit outer-lying areas of Cape Town as needed.  

- **Work Flexibility**: Capable of handling pressure and working extended hours due to the nature of the business.  

- **Team Management**: Strong leadership skills to supervise and guide teams effectively.  

- **Communication Skills**: Clear and concise communication is a must for this role.

### **Salary & Benefits**  

- **Salary Package**: R16,000 (CTC) – negotiable depending on experience.  

- **Company Vehicle & Fuel**: Included as part of the package.
