### **Your Role as a Visual Merchandiser**  

In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the in-store experience, ensuring our brand vision comes to life.  

#### **Key Responsibilities**:  

- Drive turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.  

- Control expenses and manage stock losses to maintain profitability.  

- Execute the in-store merchandising strategy and uphold brand standards.  

- Oversee staff recruitment, development, and performance management.  

- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing our customer-centric strategy.

#### **Qualifications & Experience**:  

- Matric certificate (Grade 12).  

- Minimum of 3 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
