**Tactical Officer Job Opportunity at PT Alarms Fire & Security**

Are you passionate about fighting crime and protecting communities? PT Alarms Fire & Security is expanding its team and looking for highly skilled **Tactical Officers** to join our team in Ethekwini and Durban South.  

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with the right qualifications and experience to work in a dynamic and professional security environment.  

### **Key Requirements**  

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:  

1. **Tactical Training**: Must have proper tactical training and be physically fit.  

   - **Minimum height**: 1.7m  

   - **Minimum weight**: 75kg  

2. **Certification**:  

   - Valid Armed Response Certification (Grade A/B).  

   - PSIRA registered and accredited.  

   - Valid Firearm Competency for business purposes (Shotgun, Rifle, and Handgun).  

3. **Experience**:  

   - Minimum 3 years of tactical experience.  

   - Advanced driving experience and accreditation (beneficial).  

   - Valid Code 8/10 driver’s license with at least 5 years of experience.  

4. **Additional Skills**:  

   - Dog handling training with accreditation and certificates (advantageous).  

   - Multilingual abilities are a plus.  

   - Excellent command of English, well-spoken, and professional.  

5. **Other Requirements**:  

   - Must comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).  

   - Sober habits and a clean criminal record.  

   - Own reliable transport.  

   - Immediate availability upon enlistment.  

**Assessments**:  

Candidates will undergo firearm assessments, driving skills evaluations, and criminal background checks as part of the recruitment process.
