This program is designed to empower youth, women, and people with disabilities by providing hands-on training and a nationally recognized qualification.  

### About the Opportunity  

This learnership involves:  

- **12 months of training** in a professional call centre environment.  

- Completion of a **NQF Level 3 Learnership qualification**.  

- Practical experience to prepare you for a career in the call centre industry.  

### Positions Available  

#### **1. Outbound Sales Agents (60 Positions)**  

- **Requirements**:  

  - Age: **18-30 years**.  

  - **Matric Certificate** with English.  

  - Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.  

#### **2. Call Centre Manager**  

- **Requirements**:  

  - **2-3 years of experience** leading an outbound sales team.  

  - A **bachelor’s degree** (preferred).  

  - Proven leadership and organizational skills.  

#### **3. Call Centre Facilitator**  

- **Requirements**:  

  - **2-3 years of facilitation experience** in a call centre environment.  

  - **ODETDP qualification** (Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practitioner).  

  - Excellent training and mentorship abilities.
