### **About the Role**  

The Click Foundation is looking for a passionate and dedicated **Computer Lab Facilitator** to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer-based learning programmes within a primary school environment. As a facilitator, you’ll help empower young learners through technology-based education while contributing to their overall academic development.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

As a **Computer Lab Facilitator**, you will:  

- Ensure learners use educational programmes effectively.  

- Prepare computers daily by ensuring they are powered on, connected to the internet, and ready for use before lessons.  

- Assist learners with logging into the system and troubleshooting any issues.  

- Monitor attendance and ensure learners complete at least one hour of learning activities weekly.  

- Report technical issues to the school principal and Click representative.  

- Manage and update the learner management system (SA SAMS / CEMIS).  

- Maintain the lab’s timetable and communicate attendance concerns.  

- Serve as the primary contact between the school and The Click Foundation.  

**Comprehensive training** will be provided, along with access to additional courses for ongoing professional development.

### **Are You the Perfect Candidate?**  

**Minimum Requirements**:  

- South African citizen (non-nationalized).  

- Aged 18 to 26 years.  

- Black, Coloured, or Indian (BBEEE).  

- Matric certificate with passes in English, Maths/Maths Literacy.  

- Currently unemployed (must not resign from another position to take this role).  

- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of email and online applications.  

- Never participated in the YES programme before.
