**Step 1: Gather the Required Documents**

1. **Certified Copy of ID**: Ensure your ID is certified by a Commissioner of Oaths and no older than 3 months.

2. **Certified Educational Qualifications**: Provide a clear, original certified copy of your highest educational qualification.

3. **Service Letter**: An original or certified copy of your service letter on a company letterhead. This should include:

   - Detailed daily duties

   - Start date

   - Signed by an authorized person within the company

   - Company registration number on the letterhead

4. **Proof of Legal Residence**: If applicable, submit documentary proof showing that you are legally residing in South Africa and have no medical exclusions.
