### **Job Responsibilities**  

As the Senior Commercial Manager, your duties will include:  

- **Business Development:** Identifying opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, mergers, and exploring new markets.  

- **Performance Analysis:** Analyzing sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain actionable insights for performance improvement and maximizing growth.  

- **Client Relationship Management:** Building and maintaining sustainable, productive relationships with existing clients.  

- **Operational Management:** Overseeing daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations, and production planning.  

- **Risk Assessment:** Evaluating risks associated with new initiatives and ensuring project deadlines are met.  

### **Qualifications and Skills**  

To succeed in this role, you should have:  

- A **Basic Degree** in Business, Commerce, or Finance.  

- A **Master's Degree** in a related field (advantageous).  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.  

### **Experience Requirements**  

- 5 to 7 years of experience as a **Commercial Manager** or **Finance Manager** in a fast-paced environment.
