This full-time position requires a dedicated nurse with a strong sense of empathy and respect for the elderly. You'll play a vital role in managing the care and well-being of residents, ensuring high-quality healthcare services.

### **Key Qualifications and Experience**  

To be considered, candidates must have the following:  

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Nursing.  

- **Registration**: Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).  

- **Experience**:  

  - Minimum 2+ years in Frailcare and Dementia Care.  

  - Geriatric nursing experience (advantageous).  

- **Skills**:  

  - Primary Health Care experience.  

  - Computer literacy.  

  - Professional indemnity.

### **Duties and Responsibilities**  

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:  

- Managing the Frailcare Facility and Estate Services.  

- Issuing and controlling medication.  

- Providing Home-Based Care Management.  

- Overseeing emergency responses.  

- Managing the clinic and staff effectively.  

- Developing and maintaining individualized care plans for residents.  

- Applying the Scientific Nursing Process to ensure the physical and mental health of residents.  

- Training and developing junior staff.  

Additional responsibilities include:  

- Supervising, allocating, and controlling junior staff.  

- Ensuring accurate record-keeping.  

- Providing professional communication and support to staff, residents, and their families.  

- Adhering to healthcare regulations and company policies.
