## **Key Responsibilities**


As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by performing the following duties:


### **Call Management**

- Answer, screen, and direct calls with professionalism and efficiency.


### **Customer Support**

- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met promptly.


### **Query Handling**

- Respond to inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate department when necessary.


### **Appointment Coordination**

- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.


### **Email Correspondence**

- Manage and respond to email communications professionally.


### **Reception Area Management**

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression.


### **Visitor Assistance**

- Welcome visitors, guide them to their appointments, and provide any necessary assistance.


### **Administrative Support**

- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office records.


### **Mail and Deliveries**

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


- **Qualifications**: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Front Desk, Receptionist, Secretarial, Business, or a related field.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
