## **About Overberg Water**  

Overberg Water Board is dedicated to sustainable water services and excellence in governance. As a Schedule 3B entity under the Public Finance Management Act (No. 1 of 1999), we aim to maintain a clean, professional workspace that reflects our commitment to high standards.  

## **Minimum Requirements**  

To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria:  

- **Educational Qualification**: Grade 12 (Matric).  

- **Experience**: A minimum of six months in a relevant cleaning role.  

## **Key Responsibilities**  

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for:  

1. **Office Cleaning**:  

   - Maintaining cleanliness in the corporate office, including the committee room, boardroom, restrooms, kitchen, foyer, patio, and windows (interior).  

   - Cleaning and organizing furniture.  

2. **Meeting Preparation**:  

   - Setting up committee and boardrooms for business meetings.  

   - Providing tea, coffee, and water for meeting attendees.  

3. **Inventory Management**:  

   - Conducting stock checks of kitchen consumables, utensils, and cleaning supplies.  

   - Compiling requisitions for replenishing consumables.  

4. **Ad Hoc Duties**:  

   - Assisting with postal services.  

   - Ensuring efficient use and accountability for cleaning materials.  

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00.
