## **Job Overview**  

As a **Carrier Controller**, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage the fleet and drivers. You’ll also coordinate carrier movements and ensure the fleet is well-maintained and operates efficiently.

## **Key Responsibilities**  

- Monitor and manage the fleet and drivers.  

- Coordinate the movements of carriers.  

- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the fleet.

## **Basic Requirements**  

To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:  

- **Minimum Qualification**: Grade 12 (Matric).  

- **Own Transport**: Essential for commuting and job flexibility.  

- **Availability**: Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.  

- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.  

- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication skills and sound geographical knowledge.
