### **Key Responsibilities:**  

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:  

- Foster and maintain strong **customer relationships** to drive business success.  

- Proactively identify potential **sales opportunities** and meet/exceed monthly targets.  

- Manage customer orders, track shipments, and ensure **timely deliveries**.  

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment.  

- Address customer complaints, provide **exceptional post-sale support**, and resolve issues promptly.  

- Share detailed product and service information to ensure client satisfaction.  

- Handle escalated issues and deliver swift, effective resolutions.  

- Communicate proactively with customers about delays or changes in shipment status.  

- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions.  

- Generate reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and service quality.  

- Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.

### **Qualifications & Requirements:**  

To excel in this role, you’ll need:  

- A **degree in International Business** or a related field.  

- **2+ years of experience** in a similar role.  

- **Sales expertise** and a knack for hitting targets.  

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.  

- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
