### **Key Responsibilities**  


As a Creditors Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:  


- **Invoice Processing**:  

  - Receive, verify, and log invoices into the system.  

  - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices.  


- **Payment Scheduling**:  

  - Manage and prioritize payment schedules.  

  - Liaise with creditors to ensure smooth communication and timely payments.  


- **Account Reconciliation**:  

  - Compare financial records with bank statements.  

  - Oversee intercompany loan accounts.  

  - Prepare accurate financial reports.
