### **Key Responsibilities of the Production Foreman:**

As a **Production Foreman** at **Foods Botswana**, your primary role will involve overseeing and managing various aspects of the production process to ensure the highest standards of product quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- **Compliance and Inspections:** Conduct inspections of machines and ensure compliance with company standards, including quality assurance and cross-department collaboration.

- **Manpower Management:** Ensure that the plant has the required manpower to meet production targets.

- **Process Improvement:** Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.

- **Cleanliness and Safety:** Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present detailed production performance reports to senior management for review and action.
