## **Role Overview**  

As a Life Coach/Facilitator, you will leverage your expertise to:  

- Provide impactful coaching sessions.  

- Facilitate engaging workshops and training programs.  

- Guide individuals in applying their strengths to both personal and professional aspects of life.

## **Qualifications**  

To excel in this role, you’ll need:  

- A **Matric certificate**.  

- Relevant courses on **human behavior** and **mind science**.  

- Certification in **Training NLP** (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

## **Experience**  

- Minimum of **2 years' experience** in coaching or facilitation.  

---

## **Knowledge and Skills**  

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word** and **Excel**.  

- Competency in navigating the **Google Suite**.  

- Strong **problem-solving skills**.  

- Exceptional **presentation** and **facilitation skills**.  

- Excellent **conflict management** abilities.  

- Outstanding **listening** and **communication skills**.
