### Key Responsibilities:
- **Meal Preparation:** Prepare high-quality meals based on the lodge's menu, ensuring consistency and flavor. Follow recipes accurately while adding a touch of creativity to surprise guests with off-menu options.
- **Food Presentation:** Skillfully plate and garnish dishes to meet high culinary standards. Focus on aesthetic and appealing food arrangements that enhance guest experience.

- **Guest Interaction:** Take orders directly from guests, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.

- **Leadership:** Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, offering guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Problem-Solving:** Address food-related issues or customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner, maintaining a positive guest experience.
- **Stock Management:** Keep track of pantry supplies, ordering necessary ingredients in advance, and ensuring proper stock inventory records are maintained.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
### Qualifications:
- **Education:** Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- **Skills:**
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from guests and supervisors.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
