### Position Details  

**Job Title**: Admin Clerk  

**Location**: Cape Town  

**Reporting To**: Depot Manager

### Key Responsibilities  

As an Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations. Duties include but are not limited to:  

- Capturing **waybills** and **manifests** accurately.  

- Liaising with clients and clearing agents for **import/export documentation**.  

- Following up with customers on **Proof of Delivery (PODs)**, payments, and outstanding documents.  

- Addressing customer queries professionally.  

- Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring **organized record-keeping**.  

- Performing additional duties aligned with administrative responsibilities.

### Ideal Candidate Profile  

We are seeking individuals who are:  

- **South African Citizens**.  

- Hold a **Grade 12 certificate** with **2-3 years of experience** as an Admin Clerk and in customer service.  

- **Computer literate** (proficiency in SAP or Parcel Perfect is an advantage).  

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.  

- Possess strong **communication skills** and a friendly, professional demeanor.  

- Capable of thriving under pressure and managing time effectively.  

- Honest, reliable, and committed to integrity.  

- Willing to work **overtime**, if required.
