### **What This Program Offers**  

As an Artisan in the Workplace Experience Program, you will:  

- Gain valuable hands-on experience in your trade at Glencore’s Eastern Chrome Mines.  

- Be involved in planned maintenance, standby tasks, and addressing breakdowns.  

- Implement management decisions, adhere to legal requirements, and uphold company standards.  

- Participate in compliance with Glencore’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) system.

Opportunities are available in the following trade disciplines:  

- **Millwright**  

- **Diesel Mechanic**

### **Who Should Apply?**  

If you meet the following criteria, this program is for you:  

#### **Minimum Requirements:**  

- **Education:** Grade 12 and a relevant full N2 certificate (including applicable trade theory).  

- **Trade Certification:** Valid trade certificate completed in 2023 or 2024.  

- **Portfolio of Evidence (PoE):** Completed and aligned to your trade.  

- **Medical Fitness:** Certified fit for underground work.  

#### **Skills and Attributes:**  

- Proficiency in English and computer literacy (MS Office).  

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  

- Performance-driven with a focus on accuracy and timely completion of assignments.  

- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.  

- Willingness to work standby, handle callouts, overtime, and shifts.
