## **Job Overview**  

The successful candidates will report to the Plant Superintendent and will be responsible for:  

- Operating and driving a front-end loader (FEL).  

- Performing de-stocking and loading of trucks.  

- Conducting routine maintenance and pre-use inspections on the FEL to ensure operational efficiency and safety.  

## **Key Responsibilities:**  

### 1. **Safety, Health, and Environment:**  

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and environmental compliance.  

- Maintain a responsive and safety-focused work ethic.  

### 2. **Operations:**  

- Ensure adherence to high housekeeping standards within the work environment.  

- Optimize output quality to meet operational targets.  

## **Key Attributes:**  

- Strong technical expertise in FEL operations.  

- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.  

- Excellent written communication skills (e.g., report writing).  

- Customer service orientation and self-management abilities.  

## **Qualifications & Experience:**  

- Minimum of a **D Level or equivalent academic qualification**.  

- Valid Class B Driver’s License and FEL Operator’s License with a Class H endorsement.  

- At least **2 years of post-qualification experience** as an FEL Operator in a mining or plant environment.
