#### **Job Overview**  

As a Floor Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily store operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). With your experience in retail and leadership, you will support the store management team and inspire the team to excel.

#### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Provide exceptional leadership to the store team, ensuring operational excellence.  

- Foster a customer-centric mindset to deliver outstanding service.  

- Motivate and engage the team to meet and exceed performance targets.  

- Manage merchandise displays and visual standards in line with Totalsports’ principles.  

- Drive store KPIs, including turnover, new accounts, and customer loyalty rewards.  

- Allocate time effectively to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

#### **Qualifications and Experience**  

- **Matric certificate** (essential).  

- Minimum of **3 years of retail experience**, with at least **1 year in a store leadership role**.
