## **Job Title: Fleet Controller (3 Positions Available)**  

**Location:** Durban, South Africa

### **Job Summary**  

As a **Fleet Controller**, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing fleet operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. Your key responsibilities will include:  


✅ **Fleet Management** – Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including **route planning, fuel consumption, wages, and driver productivity**.  

✅ **Driver Coordination** – Assign and monitor driver tasks, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries.  

✅ **Tracking & Monitoring** – Continuously track orders, deliveries, and vehicle performance to enhance efficiency.  

✅ **Maintenance Coordination** – Schedule and coordinate **vehicle servicing, COF inspections, and monthly checks** to ensure fleet safety and roadworthiness.  

✅ **Operational Improvements** – Identify ways to improve fleet productivity and cost-effectiveness.  


### **Minimum Requirements**  

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:  


✔️ **Matric (Grade 12)**  

✔️ **At least 3 years of experience** in fleet management or as a fleet controller  

✔️ **Computer literacy** – Proficiency in **Excel is mandatory**  

✔️ **Own transport** is essential  

✔️ **Sober habits** and a responsible work ethic  

✔️ **Willingness to work shifts**, including long hours, weekends, and public holidays
