## **Eligibility Criteria**  

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:  

- **Age**: 18–34 years.  

- **Citizenship**: South African.  

- **Education**: Minimum matric certificate (NQF 4). Certificates or diplomas equivalent to NQF 5 and 6 are also accepted.  

- **Employment Status**: Unemployed for at least the last 6 months.  

- **Work Experience**: Less than 12 months of part-time or casual work experience.  

- **Availability**: Must not be studying and must be willing to combine learning with work experience.  

- **Language**: Proficiency in English.  

- **Record**: No criminal record or blacklisting.  

**Note**: Applicants must not have participated in the FirstJob program or previously worked for FirstRand.
