## **Duties & Responsibilities**  

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:  

- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure every guest feels important and welcome.  

- Adhering to timing standards for product and service delivery.  

- Supporting the restaurant's goals for revenue, profitability, and quality.  

- Serving customers with a professional, accommodating attitude.  

- Overseeing the dining room, balancing seating capacity, and checking in with guests.  

- Using positive, suggestive sales techniques to enhance the dining experience.  

- Consolidating service needs to increase table turns.

## **Requirements**  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:  

- **Fluency in English:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

- **Proven Experience:** Previous customer service experience as a waiter/waitress.  

- **Physical Abilities:** Capability to carry out all job functions, including lifting and standing for extended periods.  

- **Team Player:** Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.  

- **High Energy & Multitasking:** Efficiently manage multiple tables and prioritize guest needs.
