## **Available Positions: Admin Clerk (2 Posts)**  


- **Salary**: R216 417.00 – R254 928.00 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits  

- **Centre**: Mapulaneng Campus  

- **Contract Duration**: Six months  

- **Reference No**: EHL 01/2025  


### **Minimum Requirements**  

To qualify for this role, you need:  

- A Grade 12/NCV Level 4 in Office Administration, plus an N6 certificate in one of the following:  

  - Office Admin  

  - Management Assistant  

  - Administration  

  - Public Management  

  - Or any other relevant qualification  

- **Skills**:  

  - Proficiency in verbal and written communication  

  - Interpersonal skills  

  - At least one year of administrative experience  

  - Knowledge of the ITS system (advantageous)  

  - Exceptional customer and client service orientation  

  - Ability to work independently, plan efficiently, and meet deadlines  

  - Attention to detail  

  - Strong teamwork skills  

  - Ability to work under pressure  

  - Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)  


### **Key Responsibilities**  

As an Admin Clerk, you will:  

1. Capture student registration forms and manage their filing for audits and verification.  

2. Update student information in the college’s information management system.  

3. Ensure accurate data entry for ICASS/ISAT attendance and examinations on the ITS system.  

4. Oversee the issuing of results, certificates, permits, and diplomas to students.  

5. Address student inquiries effectively.  

6. Provide statistical data on students (enrollment, certification, retention rates).  

7. Safeguard and manage exam materials, including receiving, distributing, and dispatching them.  

8. Implement relevant policies and procedures in your role.  

9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
