**Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd**, a leader in the construction and maintenance of bitumen-paved roads, is seeking qualified professionals to join our team. With headquarters in Phakalane, we are currently engaged in the Kanye/Mmakgodi OPRC project and urgently require a **Road Asset Manager/Quality Assurance Manager**.

## **Position: Road Asset Manager/Quality Assurance Manager**  

### **Main Duty**  

Manage quality assurance and conformance for the road project while developing and optimizing quality control systems.  

---

### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Develop, manage, and optimize the **Forward Work Programme**, identifying and scheduling major interventions.  

- Oversee network performance (routine maintenance) programs, pavement deterioration modeling, and perform risk analyses.  

- Handle disputes and conflicts, facilitating resolutions with stakeholders effectively.  

- Undertake any additional assignments necessary to meet the project's requirements.

- Strong **leadership** and team management skills.  

- Expertise in **planning, scheduling, and project management**.  

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.  

- Strong communication and report-writing skills.  

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

### **Qualifications**  

- Degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Highway Engineering**, or a related field.  

- Valid **ERB Practicing Certificate**.  

- Valid **Class B Driver's License**.  

### **Experience**  

- Minimum of **8 years of experience** in construction and maintenance of road networks.  

- Proficiency in road asset data collection and analysis.
