### **About the Role**  

As a valued member of our Financial Services Telemarketing team, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to existing customers. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence.  

### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Sell **insurance and media products** to existing customers via outbound calls.  

- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and detailed information using customer accounts and personal data.  

- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance options.  

- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions.  

### **What We’re Looking For**  

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:  

- **Qualifications:** Matric or NQF4 qualification (essential).  

- **Experience:**  

  - Previous experience in the insurance industry (advantageous).  

  - Sales and call centre experience (advantageous).  

- **Skills:**  

  - Exceptional communication and selling skills.  

  - Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.  

  - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.  

  - High energy levels, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.  

- **Integrity:** Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.  

- **Availability:**  

  - Flexible to work varied hours (08:00–21:00).  

  - Must have reliable evening transport to and from **Parow**.  

**Note:** This role is not suitable for students due to the required schedule flexibility.
