### **Key Responsibilities**  

As an **Administration Controller**, you will:  

- Assist the Store Manager with stock take and overall store administration.  

- Monitor and analyze stock movements to optimize inventory.  

- Implement risk management strategies to reduce shrinkage and stock losses.  

- Ensure compliance with all administrative systems, processes, and reporting.  

- Extract and analyze store turnover and stock performance reports.  

- Maintain organized in-store filing systems.  

- Oversee cash and transactional processes to ensure adherence to standards.  

- Engage professionally with customers, addressing their needs and promoting loyalty programs.  

- Uphold in-store safety and security procedures.  

- Follow visual merchandising principles to maintain an appealing store environment.  

- Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills.  


### **Qualifications and Skills**  

- **Education**: Matric (Grade 12) qualification.  

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in retail or administrative roles.  

- **Skills**:  

  - Strong administrative abilities.  

  - Computer literacy.  

  - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  

  - Ability to work under pressure and multitask.  

  - Passion for customer service and fashion.  

  - Organizational and planning expertise.

- **Schedule**: Full-time (40 hours/week).
