### **Key Responsibilities**  

- **Sales & Turnover**: Drive store performance to achieve and exceed targets.  

- **Expense Management**: Monitor and control operational costs.  

- **Stock Control**: Minimize shrinkage by managing stock losses effectively.  

- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and develop staff while managing performance and fostering employee relations.  

- **Visual Merchandising**: Execute in-store merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.  

- **Customer Service**: Lead the team in delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.

- **Education**: Matric Certificate (a relevant qualification is a bonus).
