### **Position: Armed Response Officer**  

#### **Key Responsibilities**  

- Respond promptly to **domestic and commercial alarm activations**.  

- Immediately report incidents and suspicious observations to the control room.  

- Handle and escalate complaints to the Operations Manager.  

#### **Minimum Requirements**  

- **PSIRA Grade C Certification** (with Response Module).  

- Valid **Driver’s License**.  

- **Handgun and Rifle Competency** for business purposes.  

- At least **1 year of experience responding to alarms**.  

- Reside in or around **Richards Bay or Empangeni**.
